My journey began as a landscape architect, immersed in nature and sustainable living.

After my children left the nest, I began to explore what was missing from my life, my purpose and my ability to help others in different ways.

This introspection led me
to explore emotional healing and spiritual development—and eventually to train as a certified practitioner through Sphinx Spiritual School of Learning.

This work has changed my life. Now, I help others understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, let go of what no longer serves them, and move forward with clarity, strength and purpose.
